Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Teen Classes
📋 General Policy: Attendance & Make-Ups • 48-Hour Notice Required: You must reach out at least 48 hours before a missed class to qualify for a make-up session. • No Adjustments: If a mutually agreeable make-up slot cannot be found, no refunds or future credits will be issued. • Medical Exceptions: Valid medical documentation must be presented to review cases outside this policy. Please send proper paperwork to volleyballclassesnyc@gmail.com with the name of the player, email, and day of the missed session.
Clinics
